3.8 billion Shopify records synced since 2019 for brands like these

You create Syncs. Each one connects your store to an Airtable base, moves the data you choose in one direction, and runs when you want it to. Pair two Syncs for a two-way workflow.
Changes in your store arrive in Airtable automatically. Products, inventory, orders, and customers can update in real time.
Edit as much as you like first. Your changes go to Shopify when you click Sync now, on a schedule, or from a trigger link.
Every row keeps its Shopify ID, so AirPower always knows which product, variant, or order to update. A row without one can become a new product, collection, or customer in Shopify.
Add AirPower from the Shopify App Store, then connect your Airtable account.
Start from a template base or use your own tables and columns. AirPower can create any that are missing.
Bring your store into Airtable, make your changes, and click Sync now to update Shopify.
Pick any mix of data for each Sync. Most of it can also be edited in Airtable and sent back. Each item links to a page with the details.
The controls that keep a large store manageable.
The same sync powers very different setups. Here are four, in the words of the merchants who run them.
Variants, market prices, and metafields in one base your team can sort, filter, and edit together.
“We run a furniture e-commerce with ~7,400 variants and use AirPower as the backbone of our Airtable PIM…”
Orders and refunds arrive as they happen, ready for grouped views, interfaces, and Airtable automations.
“We manage about 500 SKUs and being able to sync the data to airtable for analysis, automations, and reporting is invaluable.”
Customers and their orders stay linked in Airtable, so a sales pipeline is one view away.
“I used to rely on expensive CRMs. With AirPower, I can just use Airtable as my CRM and move deals through my pipeline easily.”
Every metafield gets its own column, so filling in specs across a catalog takes one pass, not one page per product.
“We've got over 3000 SKU's, and roughly 100 metafields for our extensive product library that are all synced with our custom Airtable base.”
One flat monthly price per store, billed through Shopify. Both plans start with a 5‑day free trial.

Yes. Each Sync moves data in one direction, so a two-way setup uses two Syncs: one from Shopify to Airtable and one from Airtable to Shopify. Both can point at the same base and tables.
Airtable changes go to Shopify when you click Sync now, on an hourly or daily schedule, or when a trigger link runs, so you can review your edits first. Changes made in Shopify reach Airtable automatically, in real time or on a schedule, for products, inventory, orders, customers, and most other data. Pages, blog posts, translations, payouts, and price lists are downloaded on demand.
Products, variants, inventory, collections, images, orders, draft orders, customers, fulfillments, refunds, returns, discounts, customer segments, payouts, locations, files, inventory transfers, metafields, metaobjects, translations, pages, blog posts, B2B companies, and market and B2B prices. Most of it can also be edited in Airtable and sent back to Shopify. See the full list.
Yes. A row without a Shopify ID creates a new record for supported data, including products, variants, collections, customers, and draft orders. AirPower then writes the new Shopify ID back into the row. Orders can't be created from Airtable, but you can update the notes and tags on existing ones.
Yes. Use the tables and columns you already have, start from an AirPower template base, or let AirPower create the tables and columns it needs.
Yes. For Airtable to Shopify, choose an Airtable view and only the rows in that view are sent. On the Plus plan, filters decide which Shopify products, images, pages, orders, and customers come into Airtable.
Standard is $35 a month and Plus is $40 a month, with no row limits. Both start with a 5-day free trial and are billed through Shopify. Development, trial, and nonprofit stores can use AirPower for free.
